Ownership

As you mint a Cryptic Genie, characters, weapons or any items in The Dungeon NFT marketplace, you are the Owner. Each item minted is an NFT on the Ethereum blockchain. When you mint an NFT, you own the underlying item graphict art, completely. The Smart Contract and Ethereum Network mediate the ownership of the NFT. We may not seize, freeze, or modify the ownership of the NFT item.

Personal Use

CollectCoin, LLC grants you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display the minted NFT Art, solely for the following purposes:

(i) for your own personal, non-commercial use; (ii) as part of a marketplace that permits the purchase and sale of your NFT based on the specific marketplace's terms and conditions. (iii) as part of a third party website or application that permits the inclusion, involvement, or participation of your NFT based on the specific third party website's or application's terms and conditions.

Commercial Use

CollectCoin, LLC grants you an unlimited, worldwide license to use, copy, and display the minted NFT Art for the purpose of creating derivative works based upon the Art (“Commercial Use”).

No purchase is necessary. Free method of free participation to be released. Cryptic Genie Society NFT holder are automatically included in the drawing. Other details to be released soon.
